Wonderful Job in the concert last night! Thank you so much for your energy, focus, dedication, and hard work from the very first rehearsal to last night. Many audience members were very impressed with your sound and musicality!
Here is the rehearsal schedule for Beethoven Mass in C with Keith Haan, conductor
Wednesday November 10 in Allaert Auditorium
7:00-Phantom work with Kira
7:30-9:00 Orchestra rehearsal with Dr. Haan
Saturday November 13 in Allaert Auditorium
10:00am-12:00pm Beethoven dress rehearsal with chorus
Sunday November 14 in Allaert Auditorium
1:00-1:30pm Phantom of the Opera, rehearse with Kira
1:30-2:30 pm Beethoven (touch spots) with chorus
3:00 pm CONCERT, open with Phantom followed by Beethoven
*Dont forget to pick up Christmas Music from Daniella Harris
*Please return all music (except Phantom) if you haven't yet to Daniella
We will begin Christmas Music Nov 17, weds usual time 7-9pm rehearsal back in the orchestra room
Begun in the fall of 2001, the St. Ambrose University and Community Symphony Orchestra provides SAU students and community musicians an opportunity to perform music of the orchestral repertoire. The orchestra rehearses Wednesday evenings from 7-9 p.m. in Madsen Hall in the Galvin Fine Arts Center on the campus of St. Ambrose.

All 2011-12 SAUCSO members are automatically members of the orchestra for the current season and do not need to audition for the new Music Director/Conductor. Members new to the orchestra must schedule an audition with the Music Director prior attending rehearsals.
